We propose dry active yeast. Dry yeast – is produced from high-active dry yeast strains (marks), raising due to modern technical schemes, from eco-friendly raw material, without preserves. Drying down yeast to the humidity 8-10% allows to prolong the shelf life to 12 months (at temp. not highеr + 15�С).
Dry yeast are used at breadbakery plants and mini-bakeries for preparing different compoundings of bread production.
